“ผนังร้าวจากแผ่นดินไหวยังไม่พอ…ฝนตกยิ่งน้ำรั่วซึม” หลายพื้นที่เพิ่งเจอแรงสั่นสะเทือนจากแผ่นดินไหว แล้วก็เริ่มพบว่า “ผนังรั่วซึม” เมื่อฝนตกตามมา หากเจอแบบนี้ อย่าเพิ่งตกใจ เราขอแนะนำวิธีแก้เร่งด่วนเบื้องต้นที่คุณทำได้เอง: 1. หาต้นตอรอยร้าว – ส่องให้ดีว่ารั่วมาจุดไหน แนวร้าวแนวตั้ง/เฉียง หรือแค่ผิวปูน 2. ทำความสะอาดรอยร้าว – ใช้แปรงหรือผ้าชุบน้ำ เช็ดคราบฝุ่นและสิ่งสกปรก 3. อุดด้วยซิลิโคนหรือซีเมนต์กันซึม – แบบสำเร็จรูป หาซื้อได้ตามร้านวัสดุก่อสร้าง ใช้งานง่าย 4. ปิดทับด้วยเทปกันซึม/ฟิล์มกันน้ำ (ชั่วคราว) – ถ้าไม่มีเวลา ให้ปิดกันน้ำเข้าไว้ก่อน 5. หลีกเลี่ยงการทาสีหรือฉาบทับทันที – เพราะจะดักความชื้นไว้ ทำให้เชื้อราขึ้นง่าย แต่ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นแค่ “มาตรการชั่วคราว” เพื่อรอให้โครงสร้างนิ่งแล้วค่อยซ่อมถาวร โดยอาจต้องปรึกษาวิศวกรหรือตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างก่อน อย่าปล่อยให้รอยร้าวกลายเป็นปัญหาใหญ่ในอนาคต **ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดรอยร้าว #รอยรั่วหลังแผ่นดินไหว #บ้านรั่วทำไงดี #กันซึมDIY #วิธีแก้น้ำซึมเร่งด่วน #ปลอดภัยไว้ก่อน
