SIW engages in a wide range of activities benefiting the community.
On 17 November 2020, SIW received an award for “CSR-DIW Continuous 2020”. SIW has been receiving the award continuously for 12 years in a row (2009-2020). The Ministry has organized to encourage industrial plants to support sustainably.
We were awarded by Mr. Prakob Vivitjinda, Director-General, Department of Industrial Works at Royal Thai Army Club (Makkhawan Rangsan room), Vibhavadi Rangsit Rd, Bangkok. SIW is focused and determined in making continuous growth for the betterment of the society.

The Siam Industrial Wire Co., Ltd. has been honorably awarded the 2024 excellent practices establishment on labor relations and Welfare national level from the Ministry of Labor for the 16th consecutive year. Presented on March 19, 2025, this recognition highlights our continuous efforts in creating an equitable work environment, improving employee welfare, and fostering a strong corporate culture. 16th Year of CSR-DIW Continuous Award – A Pride for SIW On December 13, 2024, Mr. Srivatsan Chandrasekaran, Managing Director of SIW, received the CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2024 for the 16th consecutive year at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. This award reflects SIW's commitment and operational excellence under the CSR-DIW framework and ESG principles (Environment, Social, Governance) across 7 key areas: Organizational Governance Human Rights Labor Practices Environmental Responsibility Fair Operating Practices Consumer Care Community Involvement and Development SIW is committed to sustainability in all dimensions by driving innovation and initiatives that deliver value to communities, society, and the environment. In the field of high-quality product manufacturing, #SIW has been awarded the Outstanding Award and proudly represents Thailand in showcasing its achievements at the International Quality & Productivity Convention (IQPC-2023) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the topic "Reduce high setup time of producing spring hard drawn wire at drawing machine no.2"

On 13 September 2023, Mr. Krishnendu Sanyal, the managing director and SIW team, received the CSR-DIW Continuous Award for year 2023, which the company has been awarded for 15 consecutive years (2009–2023) from the Department of Industrial Works at Royal Jubilee Ballroom, Challenger Hall, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province. This is Award to companies that promote and support their continuous social responsibility standards, reaffirming their commitment to conducting business in a socially responsible manner within the framework of the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) to promote industrial development in conjunction with community, social and environmental sustainability.

GI 4 is Green Culture: An organization shall demonstrate everyone's accountability on environmental and social concerns as an integral part of the organization's culture. According to the "33rd Thailand QC Fair" competition, we have been selected as the best QC group representing Thailand to compete at the “APQO – 2019” competition. In addition, we have received the "GOLD 3 Stars" reward in the QCC – APQO 2019 competition in Bali, Indonesia in October 2019.

According to the "32nd Thailand QC Fair" competition, we have been selected as the best QC group representing Thailand to compete at the “International Quality & Productivity Convention IQPC -2018” competition. In addition, we have received the "GOLD 3 Stars" reward in the QCC - IQPC 2018 competition in Indonesia.

We have developed and cooperated with the community. This is considered a successful event and, this year, we have presented our work at the regional INNOVISTA 2017 competition in Bangkok, where we have successfully received an impressive reward for community development based on the concept of “sufficiency economy” in the School BIRD project.

We are still committed to continuing our TQM activities to keep the organization moving forward endlessly. This year, we have focused on workplace improvement activities in terms of innovations in the organization based on the creativity of our coworkers and experts, including Kaizen workshops and QCC small groups. In addition, one of our QCC small groups has successfully won a regional reward in the INNOVISTA 2016 competition, i.e. TU5 team with The Revolution of Pickling Process project.

We are the first company in Thailand that has received the carbon footprint certificates for steel wires and stranded steel wires for prestressed concrete from the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat) and Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) on September 16, 2020 at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok.
