SIW x SWU Empower Future Engineers through Practical Learning

SIW is honored to have collaborated with students from the CvE251 Material Testing course of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Srinakharinwirot University, on November 18, 2025, under the academic cooperation as outlined in the MOU.During this lecture, the company shared in-depth knowledge about prestressed concrete structures, the production process of steel wires used in construction, and quality control and testing systems in real-world industry applications. The aim was to give students a comprehensive understanding that combines both theoretical and practical perspectives. Additionally, a demonstration of the steel wire tension test was held in the university's laboratory to provide students with hands-on experience outside the classroom.We would like to express our sincere thanks to the course instructors, Assoc. Prof. Acting Maj. Ittiporn Sirisawat (Ph.D.), Assoc. Prof.Panuwat Joyklad (Ph.D.), and Assoc. เทพื้นคอนกรีตอย่างไรให้พื้นเรียบ? สาเหตุที่เป็นคอนกรีตไม่เรียบ อาจเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย เช่น การผสมปูนไม่ได้มาตรฐาน แบบหล่อที่ไม่แข็งแรง ความชำนาญของช่าง หรือแม้แต่คุณภาพของวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ก็เป็นส่วนสำคัญ แต่ปัญหาจะหมดหากทำตามขั้นตอนเหล่านี้อย่างครบถ้วน   วิธีการเตรียมพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ปรับระดับหน้าดินให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ - ก่อนเทพื้นจะต้องปรับระดับหน้าดินให้เสมอกันและอัดดินให้เรียบ 2. กำหนดความกว้างและรอยต่อของพื้นคอนกรีต - กำหนดพื้นที่ในจุดที่ต้องการเทพื้นก่อนวางแบบหล่อและกำหนดของรอยต่อ เนื่องจากคอนกรีตมักจะมีการยืดหรือหดตัวตามอุณหภูมิ และอาจจะทำให้เกิดการแตกร้าวได้ 3. วัดความหนาของพื้นที่ - วัดความหนาในแต่ละมุมเพื่อนำไปใช้กะปริมาณปูนซีเมนต์ที่ใช้ผสมปูนเทพื้นและควรวัดจากหน้างานโดยตรง 4. เตรียมแบบหล่อที่แข็งแรง - แบบหล่อปูนในการเทพื้นคอนกรีตต้องมีความแข็งแรง เพราะอาจจะมีบริเวณที่เกิดรอยรั่วต่างๆเพื่อป้องกันน้ำปูนไหลทะลักโดยเฉพาะบริเวณที่ใกล้กับเหล็กเสริม 5. วางตะแกรงเหล็ก Wire Mesh - การวางตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ควรอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ต่ำกว่าผิวคอนกรีตประมาณ 3-5 เซนติเมตร เหล็กจะช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ช่วยลดการเกิดรอยแตกร้าว และทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณภูมิ และตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ที่ดี ต้องเลือก SIW ซึ่งเป็นเหล็กที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้จริงทั่วโลก https://www.siw.co.th/th/product-detail/wire-mesh   ขั้นตอนการเทพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ผสมปูนได้สัดส่วนที่ถูกต้อง - ใช้อัตราส่วน 1:2:4 เพื่อให้คอนกรีตมีความแข็งแรงและสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้ดี 2. เทคอนกรีตลงบนแบบหล่อ - หลังจากเตรียมพื้นที่แล้ว ให้เทปูนที่ผสมเสร็จลงบนพื้นที่ที่ต้องการ จากนั้นวางตะแกรงเหล็กไว้และเทคอนกรีตทับตามที่กำหนด 3. เกลี่ยพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกัน - เทคอนกรีตให้ได้ระดับที่ต้องการ แล้วปรับพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกันโดยการใช้พลั่วตบผิวคอนกรีต เพื่อขจัดฟองอากาศและทำให้พื้นผิวเรียบเนียน 4. ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ - หลังจากเทพื้นแล้ว ควรตรวจสอบความผิดปกติต่างๆ เช่น การโก่งตัวของคอนกรีต เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดได้ทันที 5. บ่มคอนกรีต - ปล่อยให้คอนกรีตเริ่มแข็งตัว แล้วฉีดน้ำให้ชุ่มและทิ้งไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง หากไม่บ่มคอนกรีตในเวลาที่เหมาะสม อาจทำให้พื้นรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่ดีและเกิดการแตกร้าวได้ง่าย ตกร้าวได้ง่าย

On 27 February 2024,SIW organized "SIW Open House 2024" for people who come from the government sector, Local agency, institution, and communities to visit our company. This was to demonstrate commitment in conducting business within sustainable frameworks of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance). Within the event, there were displays showcasing the community's creations from using recycled materials within Nong Lalok Subdistrict into new products, along with the announcement of awards under the project "Upcycling from the Heart" . And SIW also opened the "Green Market" to provide an opportunity for the community to sell their own products and goods.
