SIW took employees and their lovely families to relax and join family day activities at Novotel Rayong Rimpae Resort, Rayong Province. The First family group started on February 18-19, 2023. Everyone can participate in various activities such as snorkeling to see many fish and beautiful corals under the sea, excited with Banana Boat, relaxed with beach activities such as Beach volley ball, swimming, sand castle on the beach and join SIW Full Moon Party in the evening!!!

🎄 On December 17, 2024, we hosted our special "New Year Activity 2025" celebration, bringing together all employees for an unforgettable year-end party. The evening was filled with joy, great music, and delicious food. Highlights included an exciting Christmas-themed costume contest and lucky draws with amazing prizes. Thank you to everyone who joined us in creating these wonderful memories together! 🎅✨

On 9 November 2023, SIW, led by Mr. Krishnendu Sanyal, Managing Director, and the management team, hosted a welcoming event for " The Association of Thai Concrete Product Industry” The association visited to explore the operations, listen to the company's vision, tour the production processes, various innovations, and SIW - Integrated Agriculture Learning Center. SIW places significant importance on the organization's potential, emphasizing the production of high-quality products adhering to international standards, transparent business practices, and an unwavering commitment to social and environmental responsibility. SIW work together with District Health Board of Ban Khai District goes to the area to visit vulnerable groups 2nd time of the year 2022 “Share the kindness, Thais Don’t Leave Each Other Behind", donate consumer goods to vulnerable groups. In the area of Nong Lalok Subdistrict, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province, in order to build morale and strengthening the community and participating in the sustainable development of quality of life.

SIW took employees and their lovely families to relax and join family day activities, there were 3 groups on #1: 14-15 March 2024, #2: 16-17 March 2024, and #3: 23-24 March 2024. This year we had activities in Pattaya and employees could choose between Nongnooch Garden Pattaya or Columbia Pictures Aquaverse Water Park, and join SIW Sport Night Party in the evening at Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien, Pattaya.

เทพื้นคอนกรีตอย่างไรให้พื้นเรียบ? สาเหตุที่เป็นคอนกรีตไม่เรียบ อาจเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย เช่น การผสมปูนไม่ได้มาตรฐาน แบบหล่อที่ไม่แข็งแรง ความชำนาญของช่าง หรือแม้แต่คุณภาพของวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ก็เป็นส่วนสำคัญ แต่ปัญหาจะหมดหากทำตามขั้นตอนเหล่านี้อย่างครบถ้วน วิธีการเตรียมพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ปรับระดับหน้าดินให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ - ก่อนเทพื้นจะต้องปรับระดับหน้าดินให้เสมอกันและอัดดินให้เรียบ 2. กำหนดความกว้างและรอยต่อของพื้นคอนกรีต - กำหนดพื้นที่ในจุดที่ต้องการเทพื้นก่อนวางแบบหล่อและกำหนดของรอยต่อ เนื่องจากคอนกรีตมักจะมีการยืดหรือหดตัวตามอุณหภูมิ และอาจจะทำให้เกิดการแตกร้าวได้ 3. วัดความหนาของพื้นที่ - วัดความหนาในแต่ละมุมเพื่อนำไปใช้กะปริมาณปูนซีเมนต์ที่ใช้ผสมปูนเทพื้นและควรวัดจากหน้างานโดยตรง 4. เตรียมแบบหล่อที่แข็งแรง - แบบหล่อปูนในการเทพื้นคอนกรีตต้องมีความแข็งแรง เพราะอาจจะมีบริเวณที่เกิดรอยรั่วต่างๆเพื่อป้องกันน้ำปูนไหลทะลักโดยเฉพาะบริเวณที่ใกล้กับเหล็กเสริม 5. วางตะแกรงเหล็ก Wire Mesh - การวางตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ควรอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ต่ำกว่าผิวคอนกรีตประมาณ 3-5 เซนติเมตร เหล็กจะช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ช่วยลดการเกิดรอยแตกร้าว และทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณภูมิ และตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ที่ดี ต้องเลือก SIW ซึ่งเป็นเหล็กที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้จริงทั่วโลก https://www.siw.co.th/th/product-detail/wire-mesh ขั้นตอนการเทพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ผสมปูนได้สัดส่วนที่ถูกต้อง - ใช้อัตราส่วน 1:2:4 เพื่อให้คอนกรีตมีความแข็งแรงและสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้ดี 2. เทคอนกรีตลงบนแบบหล่อ - หลังจากเตรียมพื้นที่แล้ว ให้เทปูนที่ผสมเสร็จลงบนพื้นที่ที่ต้องการ จากนั้นวางตะแกรงเหล็กไว้และเทคอนกรีตทับตามที่กำหนด 3. เกลี่ยพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกัน - เทคอนกรีตให้ได้ระดับที่ต้องการ แล้วปรับพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกันโดยการใช้พลั่วตบผิวคอนกรีต เพื่อขจัดฟองอากาศและทำให้พื้นผิวเรียบเนียน 4. ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ - หลังจากเทพื้นแล้ว ควรตรวจสอบความผิดปกติต่างๆ เช่น การโก่งตัวของคอนกรีต เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดได้ทันที 5. บ่มคอนกรีต - ปล่อยให้คอนกรีตเริ่มแข็งตัว แล้วฉีดน้ำให้ชุ่มและทิ้งไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง หากไม่บ่มคอนกรีตในเวลาที่เหมาะสม อาจทำให้พื้นรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่ดีและเกิดการแตกร้าวได้ง่าย ตกร้าวได้ง่าย
