On 22 February 2024 , SIW welcomed faculty members and civil engineering students from Burapha University to visit factory and tour the production process, quality control, and research and development of high-strength prestressed wires (PC Wire, PC Strand) to emphasize the understanding and importance of prestressed wires to the construction industry.

SIW work together with District Health Board of Ban Khai District organized the project “Share the kindness, Thais Don’t Leave Each Other Behind", visit the area and donate consumer goods to vulnerable groups. In the area of Nong Lalok Subdistrict, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province, in order to build morale and strengthening the community To make vulnerable groups feel part of our livable community and society.

เทพื้นคอนกรีตอย่างไรให้พื้นเรียบ? สาเหตุที่เป็นคอนกรีตไม่เรียบ อาจเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย เช่น การผสมปูนไม่ได้มาตรฐาน แบบหล่อที่ไม่แข็งแรง ความชำนาญของช่าง หรือแม้แต่คุณภาพของวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ก็เป็นส่วนสำคัญ แต่ปัญหาจะหมดหากทำตามขั้นตอนเหล่านี้อย่างครบถ้วน วิธีการเตรียมพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ปรับระดับหน้าดินให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ - ก่อนเทพื้นจะต้องปรับระดับหน้าดินให้เสมอกันและอัดดินให้เรียบ 2. กำหนดความกว้างและรอยต่อของพื้นคอนกรีต - กำหนดพื้นที่ในจุดที่ต้องการเทพื้นก่อนวางแบบหล่อและกำหนดของรอยต่อ เนื่องจากคอนกรีตมักจะมีการยืดหรือหดตัวตามอุณหภูมิ และอาจจะทำให้เกิดการแตกร้าวได้ 3. วัดความหนาของพื้นที่ - วัดความหนาในแต่ละมุมเพื่อนำไปใช้กะปริมาณปูนซีเมนต์ที่ใช้ผสมปูนเทพื้นและควรวัดจากหน้างานโดยตรง 4. เตรียมแบบหล่อที่แข็งแรง - แบบหล่อปูนในการเทพื้นคอนกรีตต้องมีความแข็งแรง เพราะอาจจะมีบริเวณที่เกิดรอยรั่วต่างๆเพื่อป้องกันน้ำปูนไหลทะลักโดยเฉพาะบริเวณที่ใกล้กับเหล็กเสริม 5. วางตะแกรงเหล็ก Wire Mesh - การวางตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ควรอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ต่ำกว่าผิวคอนกรีตประมาณ 3-5 เซนติเมตร เหล็กจะช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ช่วยลดการเกิดรอยแตกร้าว และทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณภูมิ และตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ที่ดี ต้องเลือก SIW ซึ่งเป็นเหล็กที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้จริงทั่วโลก https://www.siw.co.th/th/product-detail/wire-mesh ขั้นตอนการเทพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ผสมปูนได้สัดส่วนที่ถูกต้อง - ใช้อัตราส่วน 1:2:4 เพื่อให้คอนกรีตมีความแข็งแรงและสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้ดี 2. เทคอนกรีตลงบนแบบหล่อ - หลังจากเตรียมพื้นที่แล้ว ให้เทปูนที่ผสมเสร็จลงบนพื้นที่ที่ต้องการ จากนั้นวางตะแกรงเหล็กไว้และเทคอนกรีตทับตามที่กำหนด 3. เกลี่ยพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกัน - เทคอนกรีตให้ได้ระดับที่ต้องการ แล้วปรับพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกันโดยการใช้พลั่วตบผิวคอนกรีต เพื่อขจัดฟองอากาศและทำให้พื้นผิวเรียบเนียน 4. ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ - หลังจากเทพื้นแล้ว ควรตรวจสอบความผิดปกติต่างๆ เช่น การโก่งตัวของคอนกรีต เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดได้ทันที 5. บ่มคอนกรีต - ปล่อยให้คอนกรีตเริ่มแข็งตัว แล้วฉีดน้ำให้ชุ่มและทิ้งไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง หากไม่บ่มคอนกรีตในเวลาที่เหมาะสม อาจทำให้พื้นรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่ดีและเกิดการแตกร้าวได้ง่าย ตกร้าวได้ง่าย

SIW participated in the signing of an academic cooperation agreement on standards for corporate Circular Economy Management System, The standard provides requirements for planning, implementing, evaluating and improving a circular economy project. Like other management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) it is based on the principle of continual improvement and the company was selected as the pilot companies to jointly push and drive the circular economy policy at the national level towards the concrete application of the circular economy concept in the private sector It is a collaboration of the Center of Excellence in Environmentally Business Strategies or VGreen, Faculty of Environment. Kasetsart University and Thai Industrial Standards Institute or TISI, Ministry of Industry.
