SIW and TSN Wires organized a friendly sports with Rayong Province industry, Nong La Lok SAO, Ban Khai Municipality, village headman and communities in the area of Nong La Lok Sub-district participate football tournaments in 2023 at Nong La Lok SAO Stadium to connect the relationship between companies, government agencies for promote health as well as helping to strengthen Develop and take care of the community together to make it stronger and improve the quality of life sustainably.

The Siam Industrial Wire (SIW), together with TSN Wires (TSN), has provided assistance to people affected by the severe floods in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. Our team prepared and delivered survival kits, food, drinking water, clothing, basic medicines, and other essential supplies to support the local community during this difficult time.Our team also visited the families of employees affected by the flooding to express our care and concern and to check on their well-being. We provided initial support to help employees and their families navigate this challenging period safely.We would like to express our appreciation to all officials, local authorities, volunteers, and community members who have supported one another during this difficult time. SIW was delighted to welcome the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (Rayong Campus), to participate in the SIW Open House: Take the First Step Towards the World of Industry on 24 July 2026 at Siam Industrial Wire Co., Ltd., Rayong, Thailand. 🏭During the visit, students had the opportunity to gain firsthand experience of SIW's manufacturing operations, including the production process, Quality Control (QC) procedures, and the R&D Innovation Center. The visit provided valuable insights into real industrial practices, helping students strengthen their technical knowledge and bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical applications. 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏻‍🎓🤝 SIW would like to express its sincere appreciation to:- Dr. Patcharin Naemchanthara, and- Asst. Prof. Dr. Buncha Suksutfor leading their students to participate in this meaningful learning experience.At SIW, we believe that strong collaboration between academia and industry is essential for developing future engineering talent. SIW & TSN Wires joined the opening ceremony of the Road Safety Center between 11-17 Apr 2022 organized by Bankhai, Rayong to reduce the number of road mishaps on Songkran Festival which is a long holiday for traveling. Our company has supported drinking water and safety bag for distributing among riders on the road at the main checking point in front of Ban Khai school, Ban Khai district, Rayong province.

SIW joined in the Songkran Festival 2023 with all 11 villages in the area of Nonglalok Subdistrict, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province for pour water onto a buddha image and pour water on the hands of revered elders and ask for blessing which is Thai New Year and gave the souvenirs in order to make an encouragement including make a good relationship between the company, communities , and local authorities.

เทพื้นคอนกรีตอย่างไรให้พื้นเรียบ? สาเหตุที่เป็นคอนกรีตไม่เรียบ อาจเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย เช่น การผสมปูนไม่ได้มาตรฐาน แบบหล่อที่ไม่แข็งแรง ความชำนาญของช่าง หรือแม้แต่คุณภาพของวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ก็เป็นส่วนสำคัญ แต่ปัญหาจะหมดหากทำตามขั้นตอนเหล่านี้อย่างครบถ้วน วิธีการเตรียมพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ปรับระดับหน้าดินให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ - ก่อนเทพื้นจะต้องปรับระดับหน้าดินให้เสมอกันและอัดดินให้เรียบ 2. กำหนดความกว้างและรอยต่อของพื้นคอนกรีต - กำหนดพื้นที่ในจุดที่ต้องการเทพื้นก่อนวางแบบหล่อและกำหนดของรอยต่อ เนื่องจากคอนกรีตมักจะมีการยืดหรือหดตัวตามอุณหภูมิ และอาจจะทำให้เกิดการแตกร้าวได้ 3. วัดความหนาของพื้นที่ - วัดความหนาในแต่ละมุมเพื่อนำไปใช้กะปริมาณปูนซีเมนต์ที่ใช้ผสมปูนเทพื้นและควรวัดจากหน้างานโดยตรง 4. เตรียมแบบหล่อที่แข็งแรง - แบบหล่อปูนในการเทพื้นคอนกรีตต้องมีความแข็งแรง เพราะอาจจะมีบริเวณที่เกิดรอยรั่วต่างๆเพื่อป้องกันน้ำปูนไหลทะลักโดยเฉพาะบริเวณที่ใกล้กับเหล็กเสริม 5. วางตะแกรงเหล็ก Wire Mesh - การวางตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ควรอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ต่ำกว่าผิวคอนกรีตประมาณ 3-5 เซนติเมตร เหล็กจะช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ช่วยลดการเกิดรอยแตกร้าว และทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณภูมิ และตะแกรงเหล็ก wire mesh ที่ดี ต้องเลือก SIW ซึ่งเป็นเหล็กที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้จริงทั่วโลก https://www.siw.co.th/th/product-detail/wire-mesh ขั้นตอนการเทพื้นคอนกรีต 1. ผสมปูนได้สัดส่วนที่ถูกต้อง - ใช้อัตราส่วน 1:2:4 เพื่อให้คอนกรีตมีความแข็งแรงและสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้ดี 2. เทคอนกรีตลงบนแบบหล่อ - หลังจากเตรียมพื้นที่แล้ว ให้เทปูนที่ผสมเสร็จลงบนพื้นที่ที่ต้องการ จากนั้นวางตะแกรงเหล็กไว้และเทคอนกรีตทับตามที่กำหนด 3. เกลี่ยพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกัน - เทคอนกรีตให้ได้ระดับที่ต้องการ แล้วปรับพื้นผิวให้เรียบเสมอกันโดยการใช้พลั่วตบผิวคอนกรีต เพื่อขจัดฟองอากาศและทำให้พื้นผิวเรียบเนียน 4. ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ - หลังจากเทพื้นแล้ว ควรตรวจสอบความผิดปกติต่างๆ เช่น การโก่งตัวของคอนกรีต เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดได้ทันที 5. บ่มคอนกรีต - ปล่อยให้คอนกรีตเริ่มแข็งตัว แล้วฉีดน้ำให้ชุ่มและทิ้งไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง หากไม่บ่มคอนกรีตในเวลาที่เหมาะสม อาจทำให้พื้นรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่ดีและเกิดการแตกร้าวได้ง่าย ตกร้าวได้ง่าย
