SIW Seminar: The Future of Sustainable Construction – Connecting Innovation with Sustainability
A knowledge-sharing platform bringing together ideas, insights, and experiences to collectively drive the construction and prestressed concrete industry toward a more sustainable future.

The seminar featured distinguished speakers from various sectors, covering key perspectives including:
- Thailand’s economic outlook and future government policies
by Dr. Nonarit Bisonyabut, Research Fellow of Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI)
- Preparing the construction industry for the transition to the BIM era
by Dr. Athasit Sirisonthi, Advisor to the Subcommittee of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT)
- Safety standards, challenges, and opportunities for prestressed concrete in modern construction
by Prof. Dr. Amorn Pimanmas, President of Thailand Structural Engineers Association (TSEA)
The event also provided an open forum for discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration between representatives from the private sector and government agencies.

In addition, SIW was honored by the presence of guests from the Engineering Institute of Thailand, the Department of Highways, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bureau of Bridge Construction Department of Rural Roads, and Thailand Structural Engineers Association, who actively shared valuable perspectives and experiences contributing to the advancement of the construction industry.
